First, while we are good at what we do, we only handle the following types of cases:

- Setting Up a New Business in Florida
- Creating Custom Documents for Florida residents & Businesses
- Reviewing Documents for Florida residents & Businesses
- Trademarks & Copyrights for National International Individuals and Businesses
- Wills, Trusts, & Estate Plans for Florida residents
If your case falls outside of one of these practice areas, we will not be able to help you.
Additionally, unlike most law firms that bill by the hour, we bill in flat fees in order to provide our clients with the most efficient, least expensive possible. In order for this model to be effective, we require payment of the flat fees prior to starting any work on the cases that we accept and we do not offer payment plans of any sort.
Our practice model also relies on online tools for communication, case management and preparation to provide the most efficient, best representation possible. While we understand that everyone is not comfortable using technology, it is a requirement for our clients.
While we hate to turn you away, we sincerely believe that it would be best for you to work with the right attorney that is the perfect fit for your legal needs.
